Most of us are uncomfortable with change. Ask someone who's been through a divorce, or the loss of a job. This human instinct is what makes many people cringe when they hear of "jobs going overseas". But in order to advance our standard of living changes such as elimination of some jobs, substitution of resources, or a different way of doing things is necessary.
