Capitalism welcomes change. Why? Because change is always for the better in the long term. In man's early attempt to fly all sorts of funny looking machines were made that couldn't fly, but those failed inventions helped man learn the right way to build a airplane. Change doesn't have to be scary; in reality it is liberating. Look at the America of the 1950's and compare the technology of that time to today's technology. That alone should explain it plainly.
