A view of life,
Some people (probably most people) see the minimum wage law as a good thing; that tells us a lot about how econ-ignorant people are. My opinion is that such ignorance has more to do with a person's view of life than any other factor. Minimum wage supporters say that the law "helps the poor", but it has been proven many times that minimum wage laws raise unemployment among poor people. The people who continue to support minimum wage after the facts have shown how it hurts the poor, do so because of their view of life. Their view of life is that emotions (pitying the poor) are more important than truth.
